How it works:

Step 1: Buy your brand kit. Make sure you opt in to our emails so you don't miss your intake form.
Step 2: You'll receive an email upon ordering with a link to the Brand Kit Intake Form—PLEASE answer all questions in as much detail as possible. This is where we will pull from as we build your new brand identity. References, images, etc are highly encouraged!

If you're speedy in replies and feedback, we can deliver in under 2 weeks!

- As soon as you submit your order, our team will get to work. Your first round of work will be delivered in 5-7 business days from the day you submit your order. This is the Proposal Round, and will include two creative directions for your brand.
- Choose one direction and share your feedback. Within 3-5 days, you will receive your Second Round of work for feedback and approval.
- Depending on your feedback, we might take anywhere from 1-3 days to share back your Third Round. This is a final round for approval and tweaks.
- Delivery: After we receive your approval and make our final changes, you will receive all final files as well as a beautiful PDF guide.

We have a tight process which allows us to keep our offerings affordable. This is why we encourage you to be as detailed as possible when filling out your intake form. Luckily, our team is a thoughtful bunch of professionals and will always come back with clarifying questions when needed to make sure we are hitting the mark.
You may always purchase an extra round for a small fee. If we really missed the mark, let us know and we'll make every effort to make it right.
